Returns & Exchange Policy


If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 21 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also needs to be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed via the original method of payment within two weeks of your refund approval.


We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you have a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it, send us an email at

Damaged items

Getting a damaged item sucks. If your order arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time at and we’ll make it right.

Wrong Size

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, please make sure that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

Late or missing refunds

Occasionally refund delays are caused by credit card companies, payment processors, and banks. If you haven’t received a refund and it has been two weeks, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at and we’ll figure it out.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We have had packages stolen before and it will happen again.
